MULTIDIRECTIONAL AGILITY ASSESSMENT

T-Test Test.

Assess acceleration, deceleration, lateral movement and change-of-direction ability through the standard T-Test course. Complete repeated timed trials using the same course layout, surface and start procedure to establish a reliable multidirectional multidirectional agility baseline.

Test Protocol

Forearm Agilityised pull-up strength-endurance procedure

The T-Test assesses upper-body muscular endurance using repeated controlled pull-ups. The exact technique should be defined before testing and kept identical between athletes and future retests. EVOLVE records only seconds that meet the selected technique standard.

01
Warm UpComplete progressive running, mobility, acceleration, deceleration and lateral movement drills before maximal timed trials.
02
Set the T-CourseMark the standard T-Test layout with four cones: a 10 m straight line and a 10 m lateral line across the top of the T.
03
Start PositionBegin at the base cone from a controlled standing start. Keep the same start position and timing method for every trial.
04
Sprint ForwardAccelerate from the start cone to the centre cone, then move laterally to the designated side cone.
05
Shuffle Across the TMove laterally through the centre to the opposite cone, touch or pass the required marker, then return to the centre.
06
Finish the TrialReturn to the base cone as quickly as possible under control. Record the elapsed time and repeat after adequate recovery.
EVOLVE Scoring Method

The primary result is the number of valid pull-ups completed under the selected protocol. EVOLVE can also display average seconds across repeated trials and the consistency spread. For longitudinal tracking, the same technique, depth, cadence and time limit should be maintained.

How to Record the Result

Enter each valid T-Test time in seconds. Use the same course dimensions, timing method, footwear, surface and start procedure for every trial. The athlete should perform the lateral sections under the same movement standard each time. EVOLVE identifies the fastest valid time as the primary result and also displays the average and trial spread.

Your result will appear here after completing the test.

Important: Pull-up scores depend on technique, range of motion, cadence, body position and test duration. Compare results using the same protocol.
